Miguel Pinero appeared as a guest star (Esteban Calderone) in the hit show Miami Vice. Miguel Pinero appeared as Orlando Calderone in numerous episodes such as The Prodigal Son and Calderone's Demise. In one of the well-known episodes, Brother's Keeper, Calderone (Miguel Pinero) and the drug king "Colombian" are being hunted down by Crockett and Tubbs. Miguel Pinero starred in movies such as Fort Apache and The Bronx and TV series like Baretta and Kojak. In the episode Calderone's Return (aka Hit List), Calderone (Miguel Pinero) hires a hit man that continues to make his marks on various underworld figures, leaving Crockett and Tubbs to investigate the murders. Then Crockett realizes what Tubbs has known all along: they'll have to take the fight to Calderone (Miguel Pinero). In Calderone's Demise, Crockett and Tubbs travel to the Bimini islands in the Bahamas in a undercover operation to find Calderone (Miguel Pinero) and return him to Florida to face trial. |
