In the 80's famous show, The A-Team, Dwight Schultz played the part of Murdock. Dwight's original name is William Dwight Schultz.

Though the Dwight Schultz A Team role was his most famous, Dwight Schultz's A-Team character was not his last success. Dwight Schultz went on to star in Star Trek and had other film and TV roles as well. Prior to Dwight Schultz A Team fame, he was in theatre for more than ten years. Though his career is wide and varied, Dwight Schultz will be most remembered as the crazy Murdock on the A-Team! As Morduck, his background was that he resided in a military mental hospital for most of his time and had many different personalities. He would often run into disagreements with B.A. and B.A. would call him a "crazy fool".
